Indirect Human Consumption

Our products are sourced from anchoveta (Engraulis ringens), carefully handled from catch, transport, and unloading to ensure the delivery of fresh fish for the production of indirect human consumption products. These include steam-dried (SD) fishmeal, fish oil, solubles, and hydrolysates, all processed under strict quality control monitored in our in-house laboratories, equipped with state-of-the-art instruments and highly trained personnel.

FISHMEAL
Fishmeal is produced through steam drying (Steam Dried) and processed with various types of antioxidants (ethoxyquin, BHT, and natural options), using different packaging types—25 kg, 50 kg, and 1250 kg bags, or in bulk inside containers—depending on customer requirements. This is done under strict safety measures following our BASC and GMP standards.
It is a product rich in protein, omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins, and minerals. Fishmeal is used in feed for livestock, aquaculture, and pets, promoting excellent growth and animal health. Moreover, it is a sustainable source of protein and helps reduce overfishing in our oceans.

FISH OIL
Fish oil production is aimed at producers of Omega-3 concentrates for direct human consumption, as well as our key clients in the aquaculture markets.
The oil is derived from anchoveta, whose high Omega-3 content (minimum 28%) allows us to select different EPA and DHA ratios based on customer needs. The oil is exported in crude, semi-refined, or refined form, and in various formats: bulk tankers, containers, or 1-ton bins—according to the client’s specifications.
